Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

  • Exchange requests are only accepted in the event of a quality issue or incorrect size delivered.

  • Unstitched collections are not eligible for return or exchange under any condition.

  • Complaints related to unstitched items must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the order. Complaints submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders placed through Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placement.

Quality Concerns

  • If your order has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our Quality Control team will assess your concern. If a major fault is identified, we will offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
