Shipping policy

All parcels are dispatched via a Government Registered Courier Service for secure and reliable delivery.

Advance payment is required before dispatch due to security reasons related to the Cash on Delivery (COD) method.

Customers are strongly advised not to accept any parcels that appear opened or damaged at the time of delivery. Kindly reject such parcels immediately.

Orders are usually delivered within 4-5 working days.

Orders placed on Sundays or Public/National Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that during sales or promotional periods, your order may take slightly longer to arrive. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delays.

We also offer Nominated Day Delivery – simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll make sure your order reaches you on that day.
